By sharing your story you acknowledge that your personal information including your name, email address, and postcode (“Personal Information”) is being provided to The Pharmacy Guild of Australia (“The Guild”). The Personal Information you provide will be used by The Guild to influence Government to lower the cost of prescription medicines and to communicate with you about pharmacy services (Services).
We may disclose your Personal Information to third party suppliers and other State and Territory Branches of the Guild to provide the Services. We will not otherwise disclose your information to any third party unless doing so is authorised by law, or we have your consent to do so. You have the right to access, or seek correction of, the Personal Information we hold about you, or to make a privacy complaint.
